HC Package

  • Our top tier package, for those who want to want to get the most out of their training with regular coach contact.

    • Training set in 2-4 week blocks.

    • Daily review of training files and adjustment of plan.

    • Initial consultation with review of training history and goal setting*. 

    • Power profile and athlete characteristics analysis.*

    • Unlimited text and email contact with coach**.

    • Monthly scheduled phone/video call review.

    • Nutrition advice and race day nutrition strategisation.

    • Race strategy planning and in-depth race route analysis.

    • TrainingPeaks premium included in price (normally £15.75).

    • Personalised strength training plan available for an additional £10 per month.

    • Discounts on in-person skills coaching, race day services, strength training, guided rides, route planning and mechanic work***.

Category One Package

  • A great value package that contains the same elite level training prescription as HC tier, with less regular coach contact.

    • Training set in 2-4 week blocks.

    • Daily review of training files and weekly adjustments.

    • Initial consultation with review of training history and goal setting*. 

    • Power profile and athlete characteristics analysis.*

    • Text and email contact with coach twice per week**.

    • Monthly scheduled phone/video call review.

    • Nutrition advice and race day nutrition strategisation.

    • TrainingPeaks premium available for an additional £5 per month (normally £15.75).

    • Personalised strength training plan available for an additional £15 per month.

    • Race strategy planning and in-depth race route analysis available for an additional £10 per event.

Category Two Package

  • A training package with less contact than HC and C1, but the same high quality planning, coaching and feedback. For self-motivated athletes who want to take their existing training to the next level.

    • Training set in 1 month blocks.

    • Weekly review of training files and plan adjustments.

    • Initial consultation with review of training history and goal setting*.

    • Power profile and athlete characteristics analysis.*

    • Text and email contact with coach once every two weeks**.

    • Scheduled phone/video call review every two months.

    • Nutrition advice for training and racing.

    • TrainingPeaks premium available for an additional £7 per month (normally £15.75).

    • Personalised strength training plan available for an additional £15 per month.

    • Race day planning including event nutrition plans, course analysis and strategy planning available for £10 per event.

    • Discounts on in-person skills coaching, race day services, strength training, guided rides, route planning and mechanic work***.

*Initial consultation and profile analysis fee of £50 refunded at second month of coaching. If coaching is discontinued before this point the fee will apply.
